Buying Crab in Oakland


Dad and I took a quick stop into Chinatown today to get four fresh crabs that we are cooking tonight for dinner with our nextdoor neighbors. We are going to boil them up(...pictures to come), then roast them with garlic, olive oil and red pepers! Check out this little seafood shop. There was even a huge bin of fresh goeduck (a type of very large salt water clam)...a little strange looking, if you ask me (although I am no Iron Chef). It was a fantastic place!
